Reducing food waste is everyone’s business. We seek to influence change around the culture of discarded food, by diverting it from landfills we are reducing harmful methane emissions, saving money and caring for the environment. For too long food waste has been ignored and it literally is the missing link in the recycling ethos. Now more than ever, we all need to start thinking about ways to minimize our food waste.

There are many variables and complexities when designing a food waste action program. Each site is different with it’s own nuances and challenges. Including restrictions such as limited space, no green areas, only one feed stock, too much of one feedstock, labour, capital etc. There are onsite solutions for each situation, it is only a matter of assessing the site and identifying the appropriate solution for your site.
